The President presides over all meetings and serves as chairperson of the Board of Directors. President appoints all committees not provided for in Constitution and provides leadership for the organization and its programs.

The secretary keeps record of all business of the Association, such as minutes of Board of Directors Meetings and the Association Annual meeting.

Treasurer
The treasurer receives and disburses the funds of the Association.

Executive Director
Shall see to it that the operations and management of ISA affairs are carried out. Reports to ISA Board of Directors. Handles much of the computer work, creates brochures and flyers and is the Editor of Indiana Sheep News.

American Sheep Industry (ASI)
ASI is the national organization representing the interests of sheep producers located throughout the United States. From the domestic and international promotion of wool and pelts to its work on legislative, science and technology, animal health and resource management issues, ASI is a producer-powered federation of state organizations dedicated to the common goal of promoting the profitability and well-being of the U.S. sheep industry.
